About Us
THE FLAVOR IS IN OUR DOUGH.
We are a huge, very happy family that migrated from Bulgaria to Izmir, inheriting our culinary skills from our genes and the region where we grew up; a family comprised of a hardworking grandmother, a visionary grandfather, skillful children, and innovative grandchildren, along with our employees, suppliers, and tens of thousands of customers. Our journey of flavor began in 1992 in a small pastry shop.
Our delicious, handmade pastries quickly gained a reputation.

Our grandmother became just as famous as our products, and our little pastry shop came to be known as "Auntie's Place."
To keep up with increasing demand, establishing a separate production facility became inevitable in 1997. We expanded our team with our immigrant women, whose skills were undeniable, and began to grow steadily. Of course, our entire production team was first trained by our Aunt herself, and then each of them became a skilled "Master". To make years of hard work a brand, our Aunt's exquisite treats began to reach customers under the "Teyzem Börek" (Aunt's Pastry) brand.
Today, in all our branches, we welcome our guests with our generously filled and satisfying varieties of pastries, as well as our homemade walnut and butter baklava, dozens of different types of cookies, cakes, pastries, and cold sandwiches. Our diced meat börek and potato and minced meat muska börek, which are the most important reflections of our Balkan culture, maintain their place of honor.
